Care, Shipping, and Return Information
Care:
All gold, silver and most precious gemstones can be cleaned with warm water, mild dish soap and a soft brush. (No detergent) Silver will naturally tarnish over time due to chemicals, lotions, and natural body oils.
Make sure not to expose your jewelry to bleach, chlorine or chemicals. Please be mindful not to wear your jewelry into a hot tub or swimming pool.
Shipping:
Anaïs and Alaïa ships all over the world. Once you have placed your order if we have your item stocked, it will be shipped within 2-3 days. If your item needs to be made we will email you at the time of purchase with your shipping date. All US mail is insured and sent with delivery confirmation.
US shipping:
USPS Express mail: 2-4 days $35
USPS Priority mail: 5-7 days $15
International shipping: USPS International priority mail: $80
Returns/Exchanges:
You can return and exchange your item up to 30 days after purchasing. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and in its original packaging.
