Refund policy

You can return and exchange  your item up to 30 days after purchasing. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and in its original packaging. Items can be exchanged for any item of equal or lesser value. To start an exchange/ return please email us at info@anaisandalaia.com. 

*Please note, you will be responsible for any mailing charges. 

**Custom products such as special orders or personalized items cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions regarding your specific item.
